I gained a B.A. in Communication and Psychology and completed a five year diploma course in individual and family therapy with the International Transactional Analysis Association. I have worked as a professional counsellor at Relationships Australia, in various women’s health facilities and in private practice. I set up and ran a counselling service in a newly funded Women’s Health Centre. I have also conducted a major regional health study for Department of Health in Western Australia. I designed and delivered parenting classes specifically for parents of teenagers.

I have worked with large corporations as a trainer – Australian Medical Association, Princes College (London), UWA Extension and Aptitude Australia. I have conducted training in career transition, communication skills, and Certificate Three in Aged Care. I have been the resident astrologer and life style editor with The Western Beacon Newspaper, and have had articles published in numerous magazines. I have completed two full length fictional novels and have begun a third based on astrology. I have given astrology readings on 6PR - a Perth radio station.

My background in working with career issues and in helping people in career transition is broad. I am able to utilise the powerful combination of left brain (grounded knowledge), right brain (intuitive and imaginative faculties) and the energetic healing of Theta and Celtic Shamanic Healing to bring about lasting change. I scrutinise the natal chart as well as conduct in-depth interviews with people to assist them to discover their life purpose. The insight gained, the personal hurdles identified and the strengthening of the will through energy healing stimulates right action and smooths the progress towards success.

Over the years I have helped hundreds of people to discover what they need in relationships and what they need to do in order to find and keep love. A close reading of the birth or natal chart identifies the unconscious limitations we place upon ourselves. By combining astrology reading, life coaching, and powerful energy healing I assist people to gain awareness of limiting unconscious scripts, heal and create a fulfilling life.

My skills and background as a life coach and healer enable me to provide my clients with a powerful blend of clear insight, intelligent coaching and intuitive healing. My ability to delineate the natal chart (go to Readings) and highlight the unconscious root causes of problems renders life coaching sessions both efficient and effective and resonates deeply with my clients. A chart reading with me clears away fog or confusion and opens the pathway that enables swift and timely forward movement.

I practice a number of healing modalities – Theta Healing, Celtic Shamanic Healing and Reiki.

I am a playwright and a writer of fiction and non-fiction. My play, Brigid of Ireland, was staged by The Irish Theatre Players in Perth and received great acclaim. In co-operation with wonderful Belly Dancer friends I instigated a Celtic mythology pageant entry in street parades, winning first prize two years in a row.

I have travelled extensively and worked in Ireland, England, U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand, Greece and the Philippines. In Greece, the cradle of western astrology, I immersed myself in the mythology of the ancient world. In Ireland and England I journeyed to Celtic sacred sites and explored ancient Celtic traditions which I include in pageants and seasonal workshops honouring the solstices and equinoxes.

I have studied both modern and medieval astrology. The breadth of my studies has given me a rich set of tools to assist my clients to fully understand themselves and their place in the world, their gifts and challenges as well as future planetary movements that will help progress. I have been practicing astrology since 1995. The combination of factual knowledge with psychic insight makes my astrology readings useful and deeply healing.

I am intuitive, imaginative and a natural storyteller. Stories I have developed from mythology and told before audiences include Chiron, The Lady of Tubbertyne and Demeter’s Joy. My storytelling skills enables me to work with you to find metaphor and meaning for your personal story. This leads to healing of the soul.

Workshops I have facilitated include – Dream Interpretation, Celtic Goddesses,Celtic Mythology, The Living Horoscope (dramatising your birthchart) and EveryWoman (a year long weekly event covering topics from Self-Esteem, Living with Teenagers to Goal Setting), I have also originated an expedition of Celtic Sacred Sites in Ireland and Britain .

I am also the Australian and New Zealand program co-ordinator for Himalaya Yoga Valley, an international yoga training centre in Goa, India. Teachers from whom I’ve learnt a great deal are Liz Greene, Jeff Green, Barbara Hand-Clow, Stephen Arroyo, Jean Houston, John and Caitleen Matthews, Harville Hendrix.
